Congratulations on taking your first step towards your beautiful journey to parenthood! When you reach out to us, our friendly, English speaking staff will be here to answer any and all questions you may have about international surrogacy in Ukraine, go over all legal requirements for American Intended Parents, share with you the benefits to international surrogacy over surrogacy in the U.S. and provide you with information about each of our programs. 

Step 2. Select the program that fits your needs 

We know that when it comes to building a family, no two couples have the same exact needs, which is why we have created multiple family building programs to choose from. Once we identify the program that is right for you, we will work together to customize it to fit your specific needs.

Step 3. Begin your program

Once your program is selected and an agreement with us is signed, you will send a copy of your medical letter of necessity for Gestational Carrier for our clinic's approval along with all other required medical records specific to your selected program. We will then help you gather all legal documents required by Ukrainian law, including a copy of your passport and marriage certificate with Apostille stamp.

Step 4. Medical treatment begins

Once we receive all required paperwork, the medical treatment begins. This will look different for every couple, depending on the program you select.-If you are using embryos you already have cryopreserved we will oversee the transfer of your embryos to our clinic in Ukraine.-If your program includes IVF, you decide if you would like to start the process with testing, monitoring and medication at home in the U.S. before your trip to Kiev where the IVF will take place.-If using a donor egg or donor sperm we will assist you in this selection process.

Step 5. Matching with your Gestational Carrier

After we have a clear picture of your needs and desires, we will select a candidate for your review that we think is a perfect match based on your profile. You are not obligated to accept any candidate until you feel 100% comfortable. 

Step 6. Before your first visit to Kiev, Ukraine

Before you travel to Kiev for your first visit, we will: -ensure all documents are prepared, reviewed and translated for you to later sign at the clinic and in front of a notary in Kiev -explain the documents to you and answer any questions you may have-send all the documents to you for you to review with your lawyer-confirm travel dates with you-set and confirm all appointments for you at the clinic and notary along with providing you with an interpreter to accompany and assist you during your visits to the clinic and notary-recommend apartments or hotels for you to stay in during your trip, 

Step 7. First visit to Kiev, Ukraine

The duration of your stay depends on program you chose. 
if you have embryos cryopreserved and being sent to our clinic for transfer, unless you would like to, you don't have to travel to Kiev at this time in your journey. You can sign a Power of Attorney allowing us to sign the paperwork for you in Kiev, Ukraine allowing transfer of your embryo to the Gestational Carrier. 
If you, the intended mother is undergoing IVF and using your biological material, you have two options. You can choose to start the IVF stimulation process in the U.S. (medication for stimulation and be monitored by a local fertility clinic) then travel to Kiev just before egg retrieval. This would most likely make your stay in Ukraine 3-5 days long or you can travel to Kiev before the IVF cycle starts and receive all medical care, including monitoring, stimulation and egg retreival from the clinic. This will make your stay in Kiev approximately 15-18 days.

Once you arrive in Kiev, you will be provided with airport pick-up
