Ukraine versus US Surrogacy Laws

Surrogacy in the United States is not regulated at the federal level. Laws vary state by state and even between counties within the same state. While generally surrogacy-positive, each US state makes its own laws surrounding surrogacy and they vary significantly, in all cases requiring a court decision before or after the birth of the child, and sometimes even adoption. 
Ukraine surrogacy law is clear and highly regulated at the federal level. The law is delivered consistently for intended parents. There are no strings attached to babies born to gestational carriers in Ukraine.
