As a founding partner of InterContinental Surrogacy, Tania brings a valuable background through her Business Administration and Management degree from Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University. Her professional experience has allowed her to specialize in management, experience economy, and international customer support. Eventually, her career within the surrogacy field would begin in 2014. Tania has helped more than 300 families realize their dreams of parenthood across the United States, Canada, Ukraine, and Georgia.
Tania also fluently speaks Spanish, English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and she has a special gift for human communication. Ultimately, she believes empathy and honest communication are the keys to inner peace, external peace, and resolving any issue.
Founding Partner & Head of Europe Business
In his roles as a founding partner and the Head of InterContinental Surrogacy’s European Business, Santiago brings a prolific background that is substantiated by his professional accomplishments. He holds a PhD in Psychology, and he served as a professor in the Department of Evolutionary Psychology and Education at the Autonomous University of Madrid until 2016. His surrogacy work began in 2013 when he founded one of Europe’s leading surrogacy consulting companies.
Santiago has also authored numerous publications, which includes “Same-Sex Families in Spain: Social Integration, Needs and Rights”. In addition, he has coordinated the Childhood and Adolescence Interest Group of the Official College of Psychologies of Madrid. Santiago regularly handles local and international media requests to address issues related to surrogacy, child protection, and sex education.
Founding Partner & Head of America and Asia Business
Equipped with a mathematics degree from Webster University, Jasmine worked in Business Intelligence at a Fortune 100 company before making the pivot into the surrogacy field in 2015. In her abundant career, she had the opportunity to serve over 1000 clients at a preeminent surrogacy law firm for four years. Currently, Jasmine operates as a founding partner and the Head of American and Asian Business at InterContinental Surrogacy.
A meaningful source of pride for Jasmine is a U.S. surrogacy agency she founded two years ago, which emphasizes personability and affordability in order to make growing a family accessible to all. She has also been invited to speak at the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS) conferences in 2017 (Costa Mesa, CA) and 2018 (Chicago, IL).
Salvador Escamochero, PhD
Founding Partner and Head of Medical Affairs
As a neurobiologist and biomedical researcher, Salvador brings his considerable background to serve as a founding partner and the head of InterContinental Surrogacy’s biomedical department. Salvador founded one of Europe’s leading surrogacy consulting companies in 2013. He has helped more than 400 families achieve parenthood through gestational surrogacy while heading both European and American agencies.
Through his PhD research in Immunology, Salvador has also authored several reputable biomedical papers that examine the adverse reactions to drugs. Professionally, he has consistently been linked to highly regarded medical institutions and research foundations focused on neurology healthcare publishing reputable papers.
Chinese and English Case Manager
Yuliia provides a unique background as a translator-interpreter of the Chinese and English languages. Obtaining her degree from the National University of Taras Shevchenko (Kiev), Yuliia studied in China for many years and worked as an interpreter for China Central Television in Ukraine. In August 2019, Yuliia began her work within surrogacy where she assisted Chinese-speaking intended parents.

Spanish and English Case Manager
Larysa cultivated a formidable background through her studies in Roman and Germanic languages at the National University of Taras Shevchenko (Kiev). As a translator-interpreter, she originally built a diplomatic career. She most recently served at the Mexican Embassy where she was responsible for registering Mexican children born in Ukraine, monitoring adoption procedures, and nurturing bilateral relations.
She began her work within the surrogacy field in February of 2017, and she was responsible for assisting Spanish-speaking intended parents. She eventually joined InterContinental surrogacy in 2020, and Laryssa’s extensive knowledge of Ukrainian legislation and regulations has made her a credible authority to support parents, pregnant women, and doctors across Kiev. Her expertise ensures the surrogacy process is conducted in an ethical and effective manner.
German Case Manager
Valeriya started her career in Germany as a research fellow at Passau University. In Ukraine, she’s built a wealth of experience within the legal spaces of international, family, civil, and criminal law since 2004. Serving as an independent consultant for foreign companies, she’s established herself as an authority on developing business strategies and solving controversial cases within the Ukrainian Market.
She began her career within the surrogacy field in February of 2018 where she facilitated the surrogacy process for German-speaking intended parents. She joined InterContinental Surrogacy in 2020, and her consummate expertise makes her a trustworthy source for intended parents, surrogates, and specialists at Ukrainian clinics. Ultimately, her expert view ensures procedures are followed ethically and meet a high standard.
Psychologist and psychological support for the surrogates
Through her role as a psychologist, Irina supports InterContinental Surrogacy by evaluating and accompanying surrogates. Specializing in general and Gestalt Psychology, her essential expertise helps prevent psychological complications including postpartum depression.
For over a decade, she’s provided group and individual counseling to help others solve personal problems, personal crises, confront trauma, depression, professional burnout, and several other challenges. Her overwhelming capacity for empathy has allowed her to earn the trust of her patients. Irina’s intuition also enables her to see the hidden layers of what a patient is saying, and she genuinely aspires to further develop herself in order to better the care she provides for her patients.
