Getting a passport for your new baby is straightforward for American families. A U.S. passport typically takes 3 weeks to receive in Kyiv. We will help you gather and fill out the necessary paperwork and coordinate DNA testing for the local US embassy/consulate. Once baby has his/her passport and medical clearance to travel, you can plan your trip home to introduce your new baby to your family back home!

Obtaining US citizenship for the child: 

Once your child is born, our lawyers will prepare you with the documents and instruction you need to obtain a US passport at the American embassy:

    Registration of the baby as a son/daughter of both parents in civil registration office 
    Deliver documentation to the American Embassy
    Organize a DNA test if required by the country of the intended parents
